Bradford, PA (November 11, 2005) - W.R. Case & Sons Cutlery Company has added an array of new products to three of their leading licensed product lines for the fall season; Sturm, Ruger & Company, John Deere and Orange County Choppersä™.   These programs are part of an ongoing strategy by W.R. Case and Sons to build products for companies that best represent the interests and spirit of American consumers.

Sturm, Ruger
Case introduces a line of Ruger knives with Smooth G-10 Red handles, each designed with the avid outdoorsman in mind.  Case artisans skillfully hand craft each one, using one of the newest and most durable handle materials available. The G-10 handles are made from microscopically-thin layers of glass cloth, which are colorized, then laminated together with epoxy resin to create an incredibly strong and durable substance. These knives carry the Ruger round shield and feature brilliant red handles that are shaped by hand for a natural feel. Eight folding patterns make up the new Red G-10 family, including the Peanut, Cheetah Cub, Medium Stockman, Canoe, Trapper, Small Texas Toothpick, RussLock® and Folding Hunter.

For the sportsman, Case and Sturm, Ruger introduce three lightweight, fixed blade designs; two with a clip blade and one gut hook model. Their handles carry the Ruger logo and are made of red Santoprene™, a waterproof rubber material that provides a sure grip even when wet. Each slides safely into a custom-fitted black nylon sheath, complete with a snap stamped with the familiar Ruger Eagle image.

A family of nine Ruger-branded Case knives is offered with Burnt Stag handles.  Their striking black and silver Ruger shields further highlight their distinctive Stag handles. Each knife is packaged in a Ruger tin with a decorative sleeve. Patterns include the Tiny Trapper, Pocket Hunter, Small Gunstock, Medium Stockman, Swell Center Jack, Small Stockman, Mini Copperhead, Small Congress and Baby Doc.

Orange County Choppers
Case is proud to be the exclusive pocket knife licensee of Orange County Choppers™, the company that popularized custom motorcycles in America.  Case’s latest addition to the OCC™ line-up is known as the Chopperlock, which features a black handle made of aircraft-grade anodized aluminum, an OCCä logo milled into its frame, and another engraved into its black-coated Tru-Sharpä™ Surgical Steel blade.  A thumb stud, pocket clip and lanyard hole are among the extra features that add convenience and function to this sleek, yet simple, knife design.

John Deere
Several new patterns have expanded the Case line of John Deere pocket knives.  Each is characterized by the Deere brand’s hallmark yellow and green handle colors, jigged in a corn cob pattern, with exclusive leaping deer shields and packaged in an attractive gift tin.  Among the Green Bone patterns are the Tiny Trapper, Trapper, Stockman, Small Stockman, Baby Doc, Baby Butterbean and Mako. Yellow Bone patterns include Mini Trapper, Small Texas Toothpick, Peanut and CopperLock®.  All are equipped with Tru-Sharpä™ stainless steel blades.

In addition to the new John Deere bone handled knives, Case offers a series of Genuine Burnt Stag handled pocketknives. The Genuine Stag handles, made from naturally shed deer antlers, are individually treated by flame to seal the surface and enhance their natural beauty.  Each knife features the leaping deer shield, stainless steel blades, and is packaged in a John Deere gift tin. Patterns available include Small Swell Center Jack, Tiny Trapper, Tuxedo, Gunstock, Eisenhower, Baby Doc, Doctor’s Knife and Small Stockman.
