W.R. Case & Sons Cutlery Company was saddened by the news that our dear friend, E.L. “Shine” Jessup, passed away on Sunday evening, May 17th, 2009. To the Associates at Case, Shine was more than a friend. He is a Case Legend whose presence will be felt for many years to come.

Shine worked for Case for more than 40 years prior to retiring. In 2002, he was inaugurated into the Wall of Fame at Case as a Legend for his devotion and dedication to the Case brand. Shine’s son, Ed Jessup, has continued the family tradition, having been with Case for more than 30 years and currently serving as Vice President of Marketing and Sales. Read more...
